Directions for p-tex performance

From Lancaster take the left hand lane over Greyhound Bridge following signs for Morecambe and Heysham.

Continue along, passing Aldi on your left hand side. At the first roundabout carry straight on and pass the Lancaster and Morecambe College of Further Education. Continue over the next roundabout past Mc Donalds drive thru on the left.
At the next roundabout (the shrimp roundabout) take the first left towards Heysham and Sandylans/ West End.

Follow this road right the way to the end when you meet the promenade. You will then see the Carleton/Alhambra building on your right. Take the left on this junction, following the signs for Heysham.

Stay on this road, after half a mile or so go through a main set of traffic lights, then about a quarter of a mile there will be a row of shops on your right with a pub just after called "The Barra".

After the next row of shop there will be a turning to the right (following the brown tourist signposts pointing to St Peters Church and Heysham village), down Longlands Lane. This will then take you into Heysham Village where you will see parking to the left.

Park up, then on the roundabout in the village centre you will see the signs pointing to the shore/celtic graves and St Peters Church.

When you arrive at the church follow the public footpath (do not go through the church grounds) carry on up the hill. You will then see the ruins too your right, go through the entrance to the barrows to your right and p-tex will be situated in an obvious position.

Please take all your litter home (including dog owners) and enjoy the performance.
