whilst possibly becoming oblivious to the happenings

an interctive web page where the colour of counters
are changed a the roll of a dice. this explores the
natural selection betwenn machine and man.
"out the box" - short
film/performance featuring asher ashan and p-tex which
portrays mans struggle with technology.

- an
interactive CD rom wihich explores the phenomenon
of the home entertainment boom of creating an alternetive
environment of your own choice, enhanced by the corporate
multinational advertisers of products which will make
you life better.
"light sensitive drum machine"
- twelve light sensitive diodes
were hard wired into a re-claimed drum machine to
produce two separate performances as well as participating
in the human bio-computer project. this device uses
midi to trigger sounds from a sample bank.
"re-programming the human bio-computer"
- a series of short animations/films
of randomly generated images, text and film footage
which investigates meta programming. click

"m=m+m" -
short film using random text taken from
re-programming. this is played on a computer monitor
with light sensitive diodes conected to a usb joypad
situated around the screen. the light change from
the screen causes the diodes to affect the oscilators
in pure data.

if....!!?? - GYOML - using
open source software pure data and processing p-tex
explores data processing potential by creating patches
to allow sound to be generated and affected by light
and vice versa as well as temperature, web cam and
human interaction. this uses a modified usb joypad
to communticate between the sensors and the software.
